    Purchase and logistics specialist

    Airest is looking forPurchase and logistics specialist with previous experience in air cargo, or any company who was shipping goods by air freight.

    • Arranging the air cargo, airfreight shipment deliveries;

    • Warehouse management and warehouse system improvement;

    • Pre-purchase check;

    • Arranging and monitoring of the incoming and outgoing traffic;

    • Invoice control;

    • Evaluation and selection of suppliers, search and control of new suppliers;

    • Entering and confirming invoices;

    • Other tasks related to the field.

    Team Airest

    Flight Operations Control Center Officer

    Main responsibilities

    • Monitor and take an action when needed to ensure that all Airest fleet operations are completed in accordance with all safety requirements and regulations in a most effective high standard and timely manner;

    • Flight Planning/Dispatch - flight planning in compliance with company, state and international regulations and requirements (EASAOPS, ICAO and company procedures (Operational Manuals));

    • Create preflight documentation / Crew Briefing package in accordance with the company procedures and manuals;

    • Manage and control normal daily operations and irregularities, maintain communication with crews, customers, handling agents and airports.

    Position-specific requirements

    • Previous experience in airline or airport/handling operations is desired;

    • Sound knowledge of TAF, METAR and NOTAM bulletins, aircraft scheduling and a familiarity with IATA / ICAO airport codes;

    • Team player with good organizational and communication skills;

    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high stressed environment and have the ability to make quick decisions;

    • Fluent English is a must;

    • Excellent computer skills;

    • Work in rotating day and night shifts.
